“Ogres Are Like Onions” Burger
This week’s burger starts on a toasted onion bun with crunchy lettuce and fresh sliced tomato. Next, we add a black angus beef patty, melted Gouda-gruyere blend, applewood smoked bacon, and tangy pickled jalapeños. We finish it off with fried onion straws, creamy caramelized onion dip, and serve it with house-fried tortilla chips.
