The “Island in the Sun” Burrito

This week's special starts on a steamed flour tortilla with melted cheddar cheese, tropical-inspired refried black beans, and crunchy chayote squash. Next, we add tender, pulled chicken thighs, flame-roasted corn, and grilled poblano peppers. We finish this one off with a sticky pineapple sauce and serve it with house-fried tortilla chips!
